Language Services

All Language Courses are "bespoke" and tailored to the delegates' starting level and target competency. Our courses employ the ELAM method involving a structured and systematic acquisition of language which you are immediately "trained" to use in a verbal, practical and functional way. This method aims to produce confident oral and aural fluency and essentially through constant usage, is designed to facilitate long term memory retention in adult learners.

One-To-One

Your course content is fully tailored to reflect your needs, situation and activities whether it may be: expatriation, an international assignment and perhaps the specific language of HR/Sales/Marketing/Procurement/ Business Presentational/ PA/ Legal etc. For all courses we offer complete flexibility of session formats and frequency.

Group On-site

Course content is fully tailored to reflect your delegates starting levels, target competencies and their business and social activities such as: Sales/Marketing/HR/procurement/Technical/ Legal etc. We provide of the course. Complete flexibility in choosing day and time slot; training is typically taken by way of single or multiple weekly sessions of 2-3 hours.

Fast Track

We provide flexible "Fast Track" course options enabling you to accelerate your language competency via half or full day sessions or week long immersion training and this fast track approach can of course also be supported by e-learning and the virtual classroom DLVC training formats.

Virtual Classroom

Internet based remote/distance courses via the respective parties' Windows Live Messenger accounts. It can also be done through Skype, Yahoo and Google Talk. Content is tailored to reflect: all levels & HR/Marketing/Procurement/ Business Presentational/ PA/ Legal etc. dimensions of the course. There complete flexibility for busy globe trotters, including late evenings and Saturdays.

Blended Learning

Our blended learning solution enables you to take your course through a "blend" of face to face training, elearning and virtual classroom so that you can acquire a new language to fit your working schedule. As with all of our courses,your course content is fully taillored to reflect your needs, situation and activities whether it may be: expatriation, an international assignment and as required the specific language of Marketing/Sales/Mananagement/Administration etc

English as a Foreign Language

Service Delivery Path

Upon your internal identification of individuals or group’s needs we will, first assess delegates current language competency (unless they are complete beginners) by way of the on-line assessment (global tool) which tests delegates’ recognition of language structure. For English as a Foreign Language courses this assessment is further qualified by oral assimilation and comprehension assessment.

We then conduct a personal or group profile analysis either face to face, by telephone or electronically (PPNA personal profile needs analysis template is forwarded to the delegate) in order to establish precise learning needs / styles and course targets.

The purpose of this profile analysis is also to find out about the delegates working activities in order to ensure that actual course content is made relevant and tailored to reflect their functions in the work place or expatriation needs. At this stage Delegate(s) may want to select OCR or relevant form of examination.

Upon findings we recommend and agree with the Delegate(s) optimal course format and frequency of sessions, mode of training, time-scale by which the training should be completed etc. in order to achieve end result as efficiently and quickly as possible.

We allocate a trainer / training team & set-up personalised training in line with desired course dimensions.

Throughout your programme(s) our client services track and monitor quality of the training delivery, delegates' progress and provide each delegate or grouping with resourceful and responsive personal advocacy.
